EF/Go Ahead Tours – Club Go
Go Ahead Tours had a loyalty program that no one really knew about. It was boring, confusing, and hard to earn rewards. So, when the program got a revamp, I was part of the team that gave it a branding makeover, too.
The name Club Go was inspired by Go Ahead’s beginnings as “Club EF.” We chose it to capture the brand’s history and its mission to connect travelers to the world.
I asked real Go Ahead travelers what seeing the world means to them, and we captured their stories in a gatefold announcing Club Go.
Club Go was introduced by email and we designed footers to highlight the program across promotional messaging.
Major shoutout to our partner Joe DePippo at Allied Marketing, who worked hard on figuring out how to put a bunch of envelopes with magnets in them through the mail.
